We usually conduct the audit within 2 weeks and present the results to you.
You will receive a detailed report with recommendations for action and prioritization as well as an estimate of the effort required to meet WCAG 2.1.

Process

15-minute initial consultation

We start by understanding the current state and defining your goals. This will help us gain a deeper understanding of your needs and lay the foundation for a successful collaboration.

Analysis meeting

Shortly after our initial consultation, we conduct a detailed analysis meeting to define the scope and goals of the audit and set a timeframe. We typically plan 60 minutes for this meeting.

NDA and offer

We will sign your NDA to protect your intellectual property. In this step, you will also receive an offer from us for the agreed services.

A11Y Audit

We independently conduct the accessibility audit within the agreed scope. We usually do not need repository access for the audit, only access to your website/web app. The audit is usually completed within 2 weeks.

Presentation of results

In a joint meeting, we present the results of the audit to you. You will receive a detailed report with recommendations for action and prioritization. We plan enough time for the meeting to answer your questions and discuss the next steps.

Optional: Implementation & follow-up

After presenting the results, you decide whether to implement the measures yourself or whether we should take over the implementation for you. We can also train your team so that you can implement future projects accessibly.
