15-minute initial consultation

I start by understanding the current state and defining your goals. This helps me gain a deeper understanding of your needs and lays the foundation for a successful collaboration.

Analysis meeting

Shortly after our initial consultation, we conduct a detailed analysis meeting to define the scope and goals of the audit and set a timeframe. I typically plan 60 minutes for this meeting.

NDA and offer

I will sign your NDA to protect your intellectual property. In this step, you will also receive an offer from me for the agreed services.

A11Y Audit

I independently conduct the accessibility audit within the agreed scope. I usually do not need repository access for the audit, only access to your website/web app. The audit is usually completed within 2 weeks.

Presentation of results

In a joint meeting, I present the results of the audit to you. You will receive a detailed report with recommendations for action and prioritization. I plan enough time for the meeting to answer your questions and discuss the next steps.

Optional: Implementation & follow-up

After presenting the results, you decide whether to implement the measures yourself or whether I should take over the implementation for you. I can also train your team so that you can implement future projects accessibly.
