NDA and offer
I will sign your NDA to protect your intellectual property. Also in this step you will receive an offer from me with a high-level plan how I plan to approach your project if it is possible at this early stage.
Repo access & Setup
For effective collaboration I will request access to your code repository. In this stage I will also take all necessary steps so that I can work smoothly in your environment.
Strategy & Planning
Before I start the development I will create a detailed strategy and plan for your project. This includes defining clear goals and a timeline. This helps to align with your goals and expectations.
Project kick-off
We will discuss the implementation strategy and timeline and streamline expectations so that expectations are aligned. After that the project officially starts and the development process begins.
Development
I will collaborate closely with you to ensure that we are on the right track and that your expectations are met. I will also provide you with regular updates on the progress of the project. I prefer agile methodologies to ensure fast feedback cycles.
Follow-up & Support
